Retrieving Lost or Stolen Account

Have you lost your account? Have you forgotten your password? Or has your account been stolen? Then do not worry!! Here you will learn how to get your account back!!

Well there are two methods of getting your account back, which are as follow;

• First method is, when your account is linked to your email.
• Second method is, when your account is not linked to your email or you have lost the access to your email.

First Method:

In first method, when you have an email linked with your account. All you have to do it to press "Lost nickname or password?" located at the top right login dialogue box. After that you will be asked to input your email with which your account was linked. As soon as you will enter your email, the recover button will raise.

     Press the recover button; if your email is correct and is registered, you will see a dialogue box saying "A letter with instructions have been sent to your e-mail address".

    Then go to your email and open that mail. You will see a link inside the mail, press it and it will take you to another window where you will be asked to enter your new password and your email (if you want to change your email you can use this method too).

     Just in case if the link in the mail does not works then send a mail again, if it still continues then use the second method for recovering your account (or changing the password).

Second Method:

The second method, when your email is not linked to your account. If you told your password to someone and he/she changed it or you forgot what it was or you don't remember exactly what you wrote or you have lost your access to your email. In first case if someone changed it, then you should be worried about he/she wasting everything you have... In second case.... You don't need to worry...

     There are two ways of getting your account back, one involves a form and the other one involves sending an email. In the first way you have to fill the form and you should try to get everything correct, so that they would know if it is your account or not, the form can be found here. The second way involves an email. I will tell you how to write it and where to send it. To write them an email for retrieving your account, you need to tell them a few things and in the following way (don't change the order);

At first give your mail a subject according to your situation; either lost account or change email or whatever your case is. Then write the following things inside your mail;

1. Your nickname here.
2. The date of when you purchased anything from shop.
3. Any referrals.
4. The email with which you account was linked (leave it black if it wasn't).
5. Any bans.
6. The last date/time you went on your account.
7. The name of the state and country from where you are playing from, and also a screenshot of your IP. For screenshot you can use the program "Lightshot" and for IP go here. After going there take screenshot and upload it via lightshot and just post the link here.
8. The last hull you purchased.
9. The last turret you purchased.
10. The email you want you account to be linked with.

After writing all that, send the email to "help@tankionline.com"; they will get to you as soon as they can. Good Luck and wish you all the best.

Effective Crystals

You want to earn crystals effectively in tanki online?? Then you are at the right place!
To earn crystals effectively, you will need the following things;

• The way of choosing the correct battle.
• Selecting the correct team.
•  Maintaining score accordingly.

To choose the correct battle you need to check few things.

• Your rank should be the highest rank of that battle.
• The battle should be almost full.
• The battle should have enough time for you to get some score.

To select the correct team you must keep an eye on the following things.

            

•  The team should be winning.
• The team should have high ranked players more as compared to the other team.
• If the team with high ranked players is losing by a great difference then don't join it.
• In the score difference is very little like 5 to 6 kills in TDM & 1 to 2 flags in CTF & 5 to 6 score in CP then you should join the team which is more active. (you can check by outer score) 
• In CP check which team has captured the point(s) if the difference is less.

•  If the team you selected is starting to lose and there is a lot of time in the battle to finish and you have less score then you should switch teams. (To avoid a big loss)

To get the most crystals the only thing you have to do is to get as much score as you can and try to stay (or reach) at the top positions, as the percentage of reward is greater then the lower positions.

Quick Crystals & Experience

You want fast crystals n exp points in tanki online?? Then you are at the right place!
To earn fast exp n crystals, you will need the following things;

Supplies

After the update in Tanki Online about that the regular Supply Boxes will now drop at fixed places and after a certain length of time has passed and also about Cool-Down that after using a supply you have to wait a little to use another.
   Here I will tell you how to use the supply drop time for your advantage and how to use supplies effectively or use all at the same time.
   Now you might be thinking like "What is he talking about?" or "Is he even sane?" Well don't worry you will be pleasantly surprised after reading this ;)

Pick-Up Supplies:

Have you ever thought of using the drop time difference for your advantage? No? Then think again.

     Here I will tell how how to use it for your advantage in the battle.When you join a map, like any map, just keep an eye on the drop boxes and on the time after how much time they drop and at which places. After that all you  need to do is to pick up that supply box and then just keep an idea about how long or after how much time it will drop again, and you can just pick it up again without letting anyone else having a chance of picking it up. By doing that you will be in control of the pick-up supplies and will be dominant on other players.

     By the way before doing all this try to pick up all three supplies in row which are near each other so that you have all three at once. If you pick up supplies from different places on the map then there are chances you will either miss them or will be destroyed before you even make it to the drop zone.

Garage Supplies(Drugs):

During a battle, in chat you will occasionally see words such as “Drugs!” or “Drugger!”. They simply refer to players who are using Garage Supplies.
      Here, I will tell you how you can use them effectively and/or to use all of them at ones. For this you have to follow the graph, which is as follows.

In the above image (graph), the first row is for seconds as in the time for how long the drug (supply) will be active and the first column is for the items and their combined use. Remember each time division is of five seconds. All the color codes used are as follows.

• Blue color represents DA (double armor) active time.
• Red color represents DP (double power) active time.
• Green color represents SB (speed boost) active time.
• Gray color represents Cool-Down time.

The time period at which any two or all three of them are active at the same time is the time at which you will have all of the supplies or any two of them active. The Cool-Down time between the drugs is as follows.

• Cool-Down time between SB (speed boost) and either DA (double armor) or DP (double power) is of fifteen seconds.
• Cool-Down time between DA (double armor) and DP (double power) is of thirty seconds.
• Cool-Down time between Health kit and Mine is of ten seconds (not listed in the image).

Get Along With Shop

Having trouble in getting along with shop? Or new to it? Then here I will tell you how to use shop without any difficulty. Follow me and I will guide you through everything related to shop.

As newcomers you might want to know what is shop and how to enter in it.

Shop is a place where you can buy crystals, premium accounts, gold box supplies, kits & few paints with real money.

To enter a shop you need to click the Shop tab located near to your crystals.

After pressing it, you will be taken directly inside the shop or you will be asked to select the country from where you are from.

After selecting your country, you will be taken to the shop where you will see few tabs, labelled crystals, premium accounts and few more. You can press one of your desired tab; like if you want crystals, press crystals tab; if gold boxes the press that tab. Before pressing any tab you will see something named special offer; they are for limited time and are relatively cheap. Now after selecting the desired tab, you will be taken to the offers from where you can choose which one you want.

     

After pressing the offer you want to buy, you will be taken to the payment method, there you have to choose how you want to pay for the offer you want to buy. After selecting the desired method of purchase, you will be taken to website of that method; where you have to give your account information and all that stuff. After filling all the information correctly and doing all the payments you have to wait a little then you will get the offer for which you paid for. By the way during payment take few screenshots as a proof, just in case. And if you don't get your offer then contact Tanki Online support and show the screenshots as proof. They will get to you as soon as they are free.

Gold Box

After the update in Tanki Online, Gold Boxes now spawn in at specific drop zones, marked right after the "Gold box will be dropped soon" sign. Here I will tell you how to get to the Gold box drop-zone in time.

Gold Box:

The Gold Box, the golden treasure that everyone wants to lay their hands on. Well, I will tell you how to increase your chances to the maximum of getting a Gold Box.
    When you see the sign that the Gold Box is about to drop and/or hear the siren you have exactly 30 seconds before it starts to drop from the sky. After the notification appears a drop zone is marked on the map showing where it will drop and as previously said, you will have 30 seconds to find the mark.

DROP ZONE

In order to reach to the drop zone in time, you must keep an eye on the other tankers who are also in the hunt. You must always check out a crowd of tankers in case that they have either found the drop zone and are waiting  or maybe they are standing on the drop zone itself.
     By the way when you reach to the drop zone don't shoot anyone as it is "No Kill" situation. If you shoot someone everyone will shoot you and in result you will lose the chance of getting the Gold Box.
If around 15 seconds have gone by since the notification and you  still cannot find the drop zone, a good tactic is to hit the "Delete" button and self-destruct. With a good bit of luck you might be able to see the gold dropping as you re-spawn and may also spawn fairly near it.

After reaching the drop zone just wait until it drops and when it starts to drop just wait until it is low enough for you to have a chance of getting it.
The best way to grab a Gold Box is... try to get on as many tanks as you can without self-destructing. You will therefore have gained more height and thus have a greater chance then anyone else of touching the Gold box first. I will advise that (from personal experience) Dictator hull is great for taking Gold boxes because of its height.

Fast Experience

You want to get experience fast & in the easy way in tanki online?? Then you are at the right place!
To get fast experience, you will need the following things;

• Isida (if you don't have then no problem) 
• A Light Hull(tank)
• Correct battle type

Use of Isida:
 
Well we  know that isida gets you exp: when you heal friends or destroy enemies... So to get fast exp: you will need it. But if you use isida in big maps where you have an idea that there maybe heavy hulls(tanks) then the more you will heal your friends the more exp: you will get. But only in TDM CTF or CP not in DM.
If you don't have isida then don't worry you can use any other gun as well, as long as you are skilled with it. You just need to take out the enemy after it gets hit by your friend (as the destroyer gets more exp: as compared to the person who reduces most of the health). Or if your are a thunder or railgun user then in DM you can get the most exp: by just stealing kills (by that i mean hit them in last so that your hit becomes last), in DM if you kill someone you get all the exp:

A Light Hull(tank):

 A Light Hull will help you get near your enemy/friend quicker. Like suppose if someone needs healing a little far from you then to get near your friend quickly & help him from not getting destroyed or to get near your enemy first before he shoots & kills you then you will need a Light Hull (Wasp or Hornet) as it is fast. But you have to choose between what Hull to use either Wasp or Hornet as both are light just a little bit difference of speed v/s armour. If you play in long range battle & your are most likely to be shot by weapons who can one hit Wasp then use Hornet if not then Wasp is great.
You can also use a Medium Hull if you want to stay a little long time in the mid-field & give support along with healing then you can use Viking. It pays off greatly.

Battle Type(Format):
 
 In order to get exp: quickly you will need to be highly selective in battle types. The most helpful battle type is CTF. In this type you get a high amount of exp: by just capturing the flag (though it also depends upon the number of players in the opposite team). If there are 10 players in the opposite team then just by capturing a flag will gain you a score(or exp:) equivalent to 10 kills; the more the players the more the exp: you get . You can use other battle type as well but CTF is  the most helpful in gaining a large amount of exp: in a little time.
